A brass silhouette where primal landscapes meet refined contemporary craft

In a consequential collaboration with ÆQUO, Thús Huma presents a distinctive brass mirror by Linde Freya Tangelder at our West Hollywood show-space. Actualised through a reinvention of the repoussé technique, the piece echoes the rugged granite landscapes of Karnataka, where visions of primitive forms merge with refined control. Hand-carved teak wood is adorned in brass, joined by visible soldering that creates an artful dialogue between structure and surface. It is a storied encounter—a transformative silhouette where worldly narratives and contemporary design converge, offering a sanctuary for those who seek character in the honest and the unbounded.
